We offer free delivery for one shipment of up to 12 brownies per address via Royal Mail First Class Signed For & these should be delivered within 1-2 working days. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON A SPECIFIC DAY & DELAYS MAY OCCUR AT BUSY TIMES e.g. Christmas! They will require a signature on delivery. If you wish your order to be delivered on a specific day, or need a larger order, charges may apply...please contact us to discuss your requirements! Orders received before 10am will usually be processed the same day (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays when they will be baked & sent on the morning of the working day following the order) All orders received before 12pm will be baked & sent the following morning (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays when they will be baked & sent on the morning of the working day following the order) Orders received after 12pm will be baked & sent the next day, excluding weekends & Bank Holidays as detailed above. We cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery that is caused by Royal Mail...including the weather...but if your brownies don't arrive for any reason, please let us know & we'll try and help. We are currently only able to offer delivery within the UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands. This may change in the future, so please check back periodically!

*Your name and address* This is to process your payment and so that we know where to send your brownies.
*Your contact telephone number* This is so that we can contact you quickly if there's a problem with your order or we need more information.
*Your email address* This is so that we can keep you informed about the status of your order, and send you a receipt for payment.
*Your recipient name and address (if the brownies are intended as a gift)* This is so we know who to send them to.
ALL CARD PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED SECURELY VIA AN ENCRYPTED THIRD PARTY (WORLDPAY) - NO ONE AT SUGAR MOON SEES YOUR CARD OR PAYMENT DETAILS AND THESE DETAILS ARE NOT RETAINED OR PASSED ON TO ANYONE, EVER.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS ARE SECURELY PROCESSED BY PAYPAL AND, AGAIN, WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
We take your privacy very seriously. We never divulge details of our customers to anyone, and the contents of the gift messages are completely confidential too.

You may cancel any order up to 11am on the date of despatch (this will usually be the day following your initial order) All cancellations must be received in writing (preferably by email) Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded, as your order will have been baked!
We take great care to ensure that our brownies leave us looking & tasting wonderful. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can return them to us (at your own expense), together with the packaging, within 14 days stating the reasons for your unhappiness! Please obtain proof of posting. We will replace the brownies or refund your money upon receipt.
